Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established care plans.
- Administer medications, wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to any changes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical guidelines.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home care experience is a plus).
- Strong clinical skills, including wound care, medication administration, and patient monitoring.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
