Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care based on individualised care plans.
- Administer medications, wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare teams or families.
- Maintain high standards of infection control and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home care experience is a plus).
- Strong clinical skills, including wound care, medication administration, and patient monitoring.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
